Practice alongside a highly experienced, long-tenured APRN. Established patient base with consistent demand following recent physician retirement. System support with access to specialty care and referrals. EPIC EMR with patient portal and modern workflow tools. Ambient AI and documentation support tools available. Optional teaching and additional clinical opportunities within the system. Ideal for physicians with 2+ years of post-training experience. The ideal candidate is Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal or Family Medicine. Connecticut medical license (or eligible). Located in Putnam, Connecticut, a quiet New England town. Lower cost of living than larger Connecticut markets. Easy access to Providence, Hartford, and Boston. Close to outdoor recreation, parks, and scenic countryside.
