Outpatient Primary Care (adult medicine). Guaranteed base salary + uncapped incentive bonus. Full benefits package including health, retirement, and malpractice. Loan repayment assistance available. Sign-on bonus and relocation support. Flexible schedule: 32-40 hours per week. Weekday-focused schedule. Opportunity for greater clinical autonomy and independence. Practice alongside a highly experienced, long-tenured APRN. Established patient base with consistent demand following recent physician retirement. System support with access to specialty care and referrals. EPIC EMR with patient portal and modern workflow tools. Ambient AI and documentation support tools available. Optional teaching and additional clinical opportunities within the system. Ideal for physicians with 2+ years of post-training experience. The ideal candidate is Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal or Family Medicine. Connecticut medical license (or eligible). Located in Putnam, Connecticut, a quiet New England town.
