Urology Physician

We re working with UPHS-Portage in Michigan on a long-term Urology assignment with an excellent schedule and strong provider rates.

Assignment Overview

• M-F 8a-5p
• 4 clinic days + 1 OR day weekly
• No call
• 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
• Mix of inpatient + outpatient with admissions
• Da Vinci Xi robot onsite
• Temp privileges available

Volume / Setup

• 20 patients per day
• Full support staff (RN, MA, NP/PA)
• EMR: Athena + Meditech

Requirements

• MI license, MI CDS, MI DEA
• Board Certified or Eligible
• 50+ procedures in past 12 months or recent training

Provider Rate
$360 $400/hr

Long-term coverage with consistent scheduling and strong support. Good fit for a general urologist who wants a clean schedule and steady work.
