About
We re working with UPHS-Portage in Michigan on a long-term Urology assignment with an excellent schedule and strong provider rates.
Assignment Overview
- M-F 8a-5p
- 4 clinic days + 1 OR day weekly
- No call
- 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
- Mix of inpatient + outpatient with admissions
- Da Vinci Xi robot onsite
- Temp privileges available
Volume / Setup
- 20 patients per day
- Full support staff (RN, MA, NP/PA)
- EMR: Athena + Meditech
Requirements
- MI license, MI CDS, MI DEA
- Board Certified or Eligible
- 50+ procedures in past 12 months or recent training
Provider Rate
$360 $400/hr
Long-term coverage with consistent scheduling and strong support. Good fit for a general urologist who wants a clean schedule and steady work.
