Sales Directors based in London
to lead our UK growth and scale our agency partnerships. If you're a savvy new business hunter with deep media connections and a passion for innovation, this is your shot to shape the future of YouTube and OLV advertising. What You’ll Be Doing
Exceed revenue targets and consistently outperform KPIs, driving exceptional growth Prospect, pitch, and close new business with agency leads and decision-makers Be the go-to expert for Silverpush’s contextual solutions and vision Build and manage a high-impact sales pipeline Lead strategic conversations and forge C-level relationships Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional client results Stay sharp with CRM tools, sales enablement platforms, and MS Office What You Bring
8–10 years in digital media sales, with strong experience in YouTube, OLV, or programmatic A serious black book of agency and brand decision-makers A proven track record of hunting and closing high-value deals Deep understanding of the evolving digital media landscape Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills Resilience, ambition, and a hunger to grow with a game-changing company Why Join Silverpush?
