Business Development Manager (Consumer Product Testing)Job Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to drive growth.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Collaborate with laboratory and technical teams to align service offerings with client needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings to promote services.
Contribute to annual business planning, market trend analysis, and target setting.
Support marketing and sales activities; provide training to external clients when required.
Assist the Business Line in achieving overall business unit objectives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Science (Chemistry, Material Science, or related discipline).
Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial laboratory or testing services industry.
Familiarity with global chemical regulations (EU, Germany, US); knowledge of food contact material requirements is an advantage.
Fluent in English and Mandarin; additional languages are a strong asset.
Result-oriented, confident, and technically competent with strong business acumen.
Excellent communication skills; self-motivated, team-oriented, and customer-focused.
Ability to provide solutions and deliver service excellence.
Experience in sustainability topics is a strong plus.
