Business Development Manager (Consumer Product Testing)Job Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to drive growth.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with laboratory and technical teams to align service offerings with client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings to promote services.
- Contribute to annual business planning, market trend analysis, and target setting.
- Support marketing and sales activities; provide training to external clients when required.
- Assist the Business Line in achieving overall business unit objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Science (Chemistry, Material Science, or related discipline).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial laboratory or testing services industry.
- Familiarity with global chemical regulations (EU, Germany, US); knowledge of food contact material requirements is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; additional languages are a strong asset.
- Result-oriented, confident, and technically competent with strong business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills; self-motivated, team-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Ability to provide solutions and deliver service excellence.
- Experience in sustainability topics is a strong plus.
