Your Role
You will be helping customers find the car they love while smashing your sales targets. That means:
- Building relationships with customers and understanding what they really want
- Selling and valuing used vehicles, maximising trade-ins and upsells
- Keeping on top of market trends and pricing
- Hitting and beating monthly and yearly sales targets
- Prospecting and following up on leads from our customer database
- Guiding customers through finance options and handovers
- Following best practices to give a top-notch xcfaprz customer experience
The ideal Candidate
- Ambitious, driven, and motivated by targets
- Great communicator who builds rapport easily
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Full clean Irish driver’s licence
- Experience in a main dealer or multi-franchise dealership (a big advantage)
- Track record of hitting or beating sales targets
Working Hours
- 39-hour working week
- 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Saturday work as part of a rotating schedule
