Our fast-paced distribution center in New York City, New York, is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our dedicated team. In this critical role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to all safety regulations. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of warehouse associates, assigning tasks, providing training, and monitoring performance. You will be instrumental in optimizing workflow, improving productivity, and maintaining high standards for inventory management and order fulfillment. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of warehouse logistics. You will collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective supply chain management. Conducting regular safety meetings, enforcing the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and ensuring a safe working environment are top priorities.
