Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Distribution Center Associates to join our facility in Richmond, Virginia. This role is integral to our logistics network, encompassing a variety of warehouse duties designed to ensure the efficient flow of goods. Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. You will play a crucial part in meeting customer demands and maintaining the operational integrity of our distribution center. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick and pack orders with precision and speed.
  • Stage and prepare shipments for dispatch.
  • Operate material handling equipment as required.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Adhere to all Safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory management.
  • Identify and report any damaged goods or operational inefficiencies.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the logistics operations.
  • Perform tasks involving moderate to heavy Lifting of products.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and frequent Lifting.
  • Capability for heavy Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics.
  • Strong dedication to Safety and adherence to all safety procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies.
