We are hiring a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role is vital to the efficient functioning of our warehouse operations and the broader logistics network. As a Warehouse Worker, you will perform a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, and packing products. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying contents against orders.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Load and unload trucks as needed, using appropriate equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring Safety standards are met.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Perform regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
- Assist with general warehouse maintenance and upkeep.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is an advantage, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including repeated Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move around the warehouse for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Understanding of basic warehouse Safety principles.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn new tasks and processes within the logistics environment.
