Job Summary:
We are hiring a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role is vital to the efficient functioning of our warehouse operations and the broader logistics network. As a Warehouse Worker, you will perform a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, and packing products. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying contents against orders.
  • Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
  • Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
  • Load and unload trucks as needed, using appropriate equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring Safety standards are met.
  • Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Perform regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
  • Assist with general warehouse maintenance and upkeep.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics processes.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is an advantage, but not required.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including repeated Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and move around the warehouse for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Understanding of basic warehouse Safety principles.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn new tasks and processes within the logistics environment.
