Job Description

As an Insurance Apprentice, you will assist in providing insurance quotes, servicing accounts, and supporting client communication, while developing the skills necessary for a career in the insurance industry.

• Assist in preparing insurance quotes and reviewing policy options with clients
• Contact prospective and current clients via phone, email, and in person
• Provide high-quality customer service and follow up on inquiries
• Maintain accurate client records and support agency operations
• Work toward meeting individual and agency performance goals

Qualifications

• 
  
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain) required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
• Comfortable using computer systems and CRM software

Compensation & Benefits:

Annual Pay Range: $50,000 $80,000

Includes hourly wage, commissions, and bonuses based on performance
