Job Description
As an Insurance Apprentice, you will assist in providing insurance quotes, servicing accounts, and supporting client communication, while developing the skills necessary for a career in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing insurance quotes and reviewing policy options with clients
- Contact prospective and current clients via phone, email, and in person
- Provide high-quality customer service and follow up on inquiries
- Maintain accurate client records and support agency operations
- Work toward meeting individual and agency performance goals
Requirements
Qualifications
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain) required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
- Comfortable using computer systems and CRM software
Compensation & Benefits:
Annual Pay Range: $50,000 $80,000
Includes hourly wage, commissions, and bonuses based on performance
