Licensed Insurance Agent Sales Consultant- Inbound
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid) -Must live within ~50 miles of Phoenix.
Pay: $21/hr+ (higher with insurance sales experience) + commission
Start Dates: March & April

Mon–Wed in office
Thu–Fri from home
Training & Schedule
Training (7 weeks):
3 weeks technical training
4 weeks nesting/pod training
Mon–Fri, 9:00am–5:30pm MST
After Training:
Mon–Fri between 7am–5:30pm MST
What You’ll Do
• Sell insurance products to inbound callers by gathering data from customers to generate quotes and ultimately bind the business; in some instances, make outbound calls
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships, while educating customers regarding coverages and cost so that the customer can select the most appropriate option
Qualify customers as buyers of other products/services to create cross-sell and upselling opportunities
Navigate multiple computer systems while seamlessly interacting with the customer

✔️ Requirements
Active AZ P&C or Personal Lines license OR If you don’t currently hold an active P&C license but are willing to train, study, and take the exam, my client will provide training and offer a completion bonus once you become licensed. Candidates with strong sales experience are encouraged to apply.
Strong communicator; comfortable meeting quotas
Willing to obtain additional non‐resident licenses
