Job Summary:
Join our expanding logistics team as a Distribution Center Associate in Portland, Oregon! We are seeking hardworking individuals to contribute to the efficient operation of our distribution center. This role encompasses a variety of essential warehouse tasks, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment for our customers. We offer a competitive hourly rate and a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
  • Stock merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick customer orders using scanners and order lists.
  • Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment as trained and certified.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety.
  • Wear required PPE at all times.
  • Perform tasks involving frequent lifting and physical exertion.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Strong commitment to safety and adherence to all protocols.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform manual tasks including heavy lifting for extended periods.
  • Must wear appropriate PPE.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
