In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our inventory data, managing stock levels, and optimizing warehouse organization. This position is crucial for the smooth operation of our **logistics** department. You will conduct regular cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and implement solutions to maintain high inventory accuracy. A strong commitment to **safety** is required, including the proper use of **PPE** and adherence to all warehouse **safety** protocols. This role may involve some physical tasks, including **lifting** and moving inventory. Responsibilities:
- Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Manage stock rotation and ensure proper storage.
- Implement improvements for inventory accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels and report on stock status.
- Adhere to all **safety** guidelines and **PPE** requirements.
- Support **logistics** team with inventory-related projects.
- Assist with **lifting** of inventory items as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
- Proficiency with WMS and other inventory software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform tasks including **lifting** up to 30 lbs.
- Knowledge of **safety** procedures and **PPE**.
