You will conduct regular cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and implement solutions to maintain high inventory accuracy. This role may involve some physical tasks, including **lifting** and moving inventory. Responsibilities:
- Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Manage stock rotation and ensure proper storage.
- Implement improvements for inventory accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels and report on stock status.
- Adhere to all **safety** guidelines and **PPE** requirements.
- Support **logistics** team with inventory-related projects.
- Assist with **lifting** of inventory items as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
- Proficiency with WMS and other inventory software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform tasks including **lifting** up to 30 lbs.
- Knowledge of **safety** procedures and **PPE**.
