Your duties will include conducting cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, managing stock levels, and implementing inventory control procedures. You will play a key part in ensuring that our warehouse operates efficiently and that our stock is well-managed. A meticulous approach to detail and a solid understanding of inventory management systems are essential. We prioritize safety and require all team members to follow protocols and use appropriate PPE. Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.
- Analyze inventory data and generate reports.
- Manage the return process and ensure accurate put-away.
- Ensure a safe working environment and proper use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Inventory Control Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform some lifting and manual tasks.
- Knowledge of warehouse logistics and safety best practices.
