In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. Your duties will include conducting cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, managing stock levels, and implementing inventory control procedures. You will play a key part in ensuring that our warehouse operates efficiently and that our stock is well-managed. A meticulous approach to detail and a solid understanding of inventory management systems are essential. We prioritize safety and require all team members to follow protocols and use appropriate PPE. Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.
- Analyze inventory data and generate reports.
- Manage the return process and ensure accurate put-away.
- Ensure a safe working environment and proper use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Inventory Control Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform some lifting and manual tasks.
- Knowledge of warehouse logistics and safety best practices.
