This internship offers an exciting opportunity for college students currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology or a related field. Interns will commit to 40 hours per week during our 10-week summer program, running from May 26th through August 7th, 2026. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality customer support through telephone, email, and chat, ensuring quick responses to user inquiries. Troubleshoot Windows OS issues and conduct thorough diagnostics. Assist with PC builds and utilize imaging deployment software for imaging tasks. Document and track issues in our ticketing system to ensure efficient resolution. Research and resolve technical problems effectively. Provide hardware support for PCs and laptops, including installation and upgrades of hardware components. Install, configure, maintain, and support computers, printers, scanners, and other peripherals, along with remote access devices. Contribute to software and workstation image management tasks using imaging deployment tools. Minimum Requirements: A high school diploma or GED is required; 0-2 years of relevant experience is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be currently enrolled at a four-year college or university. Active pursuit of a degree in Information Technology or a related field is essential. This internship is onsite in Eagan, MN.
