Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments, verify contents, and stock inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently and safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment, free from hazards.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and utilize appropriate PPE at all times.
- Perform tasks requiring consistent physical exertion, including frequent lifting of items up to 45 lbs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet operational goals.
- Support general warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including significant lifting and standing.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent teamwork and communication capabilities.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and following safety guidelines.
- High school diploma or GED.
