Join our team as a Warehouse Associate in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania! This role is pivotal to the success of our logistics operations, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of goods. You will be involved in all aspects of warehouse management, from receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Process incoming shipments, verify contents, and stock inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently and safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment, free from hazards.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and utilize appropriate PPE at all times.
- Perform tasks requiring consistent physical exertion, including frequent lifting of items up to 45 lbs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet operational goals.
- Support general warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is beneficial.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including significant lifting and standing.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent teamwork and communication capabilities.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and following safety guidelines.
- High school diploma or GED.
