Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock rotation.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Support other warehouse functions and team members as directed by supervisors within the logistics framework.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform regular Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following procedures.
