Job Summary:
Join our thriving warehouse operations in Austin, Texas, as a Warehouse Associate! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to contribute to various tasks, including order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and general warehouse upkeep. This role is fundamental to the seamless execution of our logistics strategy, ensuring that products move efficiently through our facility and reach our customers in excellent condition. You will work as part of a collaborative team, supporting the critical functions of our distribution center. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
  • Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
  • Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock rotation.
  • Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
  • Support other warehouse functions and team members as directed by supervisors within the logistics framework.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform regular Lifting of items up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
  • Team-oriented with good communication skills.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and following procedures.
