Join our fast-paced fulfillment center in Raleigh, North Carolina as a Picker/Packer. In this essential role, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders and preparing them for shipment. This involves navigating the warehouse using pick lists or scanning devices, locating specific items, and ensuring the correct quantity and product quality. Once items are picked, you will meticulously package them, ensuring they are protected for transit and meet our high standards for presentation. Attention to detail and speed are key to success in this position. You will work closely with other team members to meet daily shipping targets and contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations. We provide comprehensive training and expect all employees to adhere to strict safety protocols, including the mandatory use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role requires individuals who can maintain a high level of productivity while upholding quality standards. Regular lifting of packages up to 30 lbs may be required, and you will be trained on proper lifting techniques to ensure your safety.
