In this essential role, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders and preparing them for shipment. Once items are picked, you will meticulously package them, ensuring they are protected for transit and meet our high standards for presentation. You will work closely with other team members to meet daily shipping targets and contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations. We provide comprehensive training and expect all employees to adhere to strict safety protocols, including the mandatory use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role requires individuals who can maintain a high level of productivity while upholding quality standards. Regular lifting of packages up to 30 lbs may be required, and you will be trained on proper lifting techniques to ensure your safety.
