As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be instrumental in picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment to our valued customers. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations based on order tickets.
- Inspect items for quality and ensure they match order specifications.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Process and label shipments accurately for outgoing logistics.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and protocols, including wearing required PPE.
- Meet or exceed established productivity and quality standards.
- Contribute to inventory control through accurate order processing.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand order tickets and product labels.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and perform moderate Lifting for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following all guidelines.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts as needed.
- Familiarity with scanning equipment is a plus.
