Job Summary:
Join our fast-paced fulfillment center in Denver, Colorado as a Fulfillment Associate! We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to play a vital role in our logistics operations. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be instrumental in picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment to our valued customers. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations based on order tickets.
  • Inspect items for quality and ensure they match order specifications.
  • Pack orders securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
  • Process and label shipments accurately for outgoing logistics.
  • Operate equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and protocols, including wearing required PPE.
  • Meet or exceed established productivity and quality standards.
  • Contribute to inventory control through accurate order processing.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment is preferred.
  • Ability to read and understand order tickets and product labels.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and perform moderate Lifting for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and following all guidelines.
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts as needed.
  • Familiarity with scanning equipment is a plus.
