Job Description: As a Dynamics 365 CE Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing support to D365 clients. Your role will involve:

Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), including its technical and functional aspects.

Customisation and configuration of D365 CE to meet client requirements.

Efficient and timely resolution or escalation of issues.

Conducting user training sessions and providing ongoing support to ensure smooth operation of the system.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality support for Dynamics 365 CE.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Customise and configure D365 CE based on client needs.

Conduct user training and create support documentation.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
