Job Description: As a Dynamics 365 CE Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing support to D365 clients. Your role will involve:

  • Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), including its technical and functional aspects.

  • Customisation and configuration of D365 CE to meet client requirements.

  • Efficient and timely resolution or escalation of issues.

  • Conducting user training sessions and providing ongoing support to ensure smooth operation of the system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality support for Dynamics 365 CE.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

  • Customise and configure D365 CE based on client needs.

  • Conduct user training and create support documentation.

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.

  • Strong understanding of D365 CE customisation and configuration.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong communication skills.
