This position plays a crucial role in our Commercial Banking team, acting as a business partner to mid-sized commercial enterprises. Our ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with the ability to build and manage diversified commercial portfolios.
Main Responsibilities- Lead business development and provide full-service banking solutions to clients with average loan and deposit volumes between $2 MM and $10 MM.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Drive sales activities to meet annual targets in lending, deposits, and cash management.
- Leverage internal partnerships to deliver holistic financial solutions tailored to client needs.
- Evaluate and manage credit risk in collaboration with the commercial credit team.
- Foster strong networks and long-lasting client relationships through proactive business development.
- Provide guidance and support to junior employees, contributing to the development of the broader team.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, or accounting.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial lending or related financial services.
