Job Title "IT Support desk".
Role/Responsibilities
* Answering the support phone line.
* Providing online assistance using Microsoft Teams.
* Responding to support tickets in Zendesk (training provided).
* Assist Implementation team in building and configuring clocking terminals
* Packaging and prepare goods for shipping
* Creating Clients Environments, set up software, import clients data, build/configure shift patterns, overtime rules, holiday sick absence entitlements, configure user accounts for clients.
* Provide basic user training.
* Problem solving.
* Contribute articles and videos into the Knowledge Base (our Zendesk online help platform)
* Supporting a Cloud-Based Solution in Azure
* Job Development - option to transition into a Chronicle Project Manager.

Salary: £23,0000 - 30,000.00 per year
