As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in a range of activities, including receiving, put-away, order fulfillment, and general housekeeping. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to serve our customers effectively. We foster a culture of Safety and expect all team members to actively participate in maintaining a hazard-free environment. This includes the mandatory use of PPE and adherence to all operational procedures. The role demands physical stamina, including consistent Lifting and standing for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Sort and store merchandise in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual handling equipment.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through diligent record-keeping.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Participate in regular inventory counts.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and wear required PPE .
- Perform duties involving regular Lifting and movement of goods.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform demanding physical tasks, including repetitive Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of basic Logistics principles.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to comply with all Safety rules and PPE requirements.
