Become a vital part of our operations as a Warehouse Worker in St. Louis, Missouri. We are seeking energetic and dependable individuals to support various functions within our busy warehouse. This role is fundamental to the efficient movement of goods and requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in a range of activities, including receiving, put-away, order fulfillment, and general housekeeping. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to serve our customers effectively. We foster a culture of Safety and expect all team members to actively participate in maintaining a hazard-free environment. This includes the mandatory use of PPE and adherence to all operational procedures. The role demands physical stamina, including consistent Lifting and standing for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Sort and store merchandise in appropriate warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual handling equipment.
- Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through diligent record-keeping.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Participate in regular inventory counts.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and wear required PPE .
- Perform duties involving regular Lifting and movement of goods.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform demanding physical tasks, including repetitive Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of basic Logistics principles.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to comply with all Safety rules and PPE requirements.
