Job Summary:
Are you a detail-oriented individual looking for a rewarding career in logistics? Our expanding fulfillment center in Boston, Massachusetts, is hiring Fulfillment Associates. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Responsibilities include picking, packing, kitting, and preparing orders for shipment. This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and Safety. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack a variety of products for customer orders.
  • Assemble orders with precision, ensuring all items are included and correct.
  • Prepare shipments by properly boxing, labeling, and weighing packages.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers.
  • Maintain an organized and clean workspace, adhering to all Safety protocols.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
  • Contribute to efficient inventory management through accurate picking and stock handling.
  • Utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by Safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals within the logistics chain.
  • Assist with receiving and stocking duties as necessary.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a fulfillment center, warehouse, or similar environment is advantageous.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including repetitive motion and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to upholding Safety standards and procedures.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
