You will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Responsibilities include picking, packing, kitting, and preparing orders for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack a variety of products for customer orders.
- Assemble orders with precision, ensuring all items are included and correct.
- Prepare shipments by properly boxing, labeling, and weighing packages.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace, adhering to all Safety protocols.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Contribute to efficient inventory management through accurate picking and stock handling.
- Utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by Safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals within the logistics chain.
- Assist with receiving and stocking duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a fulfillment center, warehouse, or similar environment is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including repetitive motion and Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to upholding Safety standards and procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed.
