As a Warehouse Worker, you will perform a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient and safe operation of our warehouse. This includes receiving and storing goods, picking and packing orders, operating warehouse equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Your contributions are vital to our daily logistics operations and our ability to meet customer demands. The ideal candidate is a dependable, hardworking individual with a strong commitment to safety and teamwork. You should be comfortable with physical tasks, including moderate Lifting, and possess a willingness to learn and adapt to different roles within the warehouse. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and stock rotation.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Load and unload trucks for shipping and receiving.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals.
- Support various logistics tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including regular Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Team-oriented and good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Commitment to workplace Safety.
