As a Warehouse Worker, you will perform a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient and safe operation of our warehouse. This includes receiving and storing goods, picking and packing orders, operating warehouse equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Your contributions are vital to our daily logistics operations and our ability to meet customer demands. You should be comfortable with physical tasks, including moderate Lifting, and possess a willingness to learn and adapt to different roles within the warehouse. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and stock rotation.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Load and unload trucks for shipping and receiving.
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals.
- Support various logistics tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including regular Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Team-oriented and good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Commitment to workplace Safety.
