WorkingcloselywithR&DEngineeringandManufacturingtodeveloprobust,capablemanufacturingprocessesfortheproductionofmedicaldevices.Multipleprojectssupportinglargeautomationequipmentbeingusedtoassembleandtestmedicaldevices.Seeingprocessandequipmentbuildsfromconceptthroughtoimplementation.

• WorkcloselywithR&Dengineeringtodevelopnewmedicaldevicedesignsandtransfervalidateddesignstomanufacturing.
• Vendorengagementforequipmentdesignandbuilds.Supportingthesefromconcepttoimplementationonsite.
• Documentation,preliminaryandmanufacturing.
• Writingandcarryingoutvalidations/qualifications.
• Liaisewithotherrelevantfunctionswithregardtoongoingdevelopmentofcurrentprocessesandfuturedevelopmentneeds.
• Willberesponsibleforcommissioninganynewmicrocathetermanufacturingtechnology,rampingupproduction,undertakingvalidations,continuousprocessimprovementandidentifyingpotentialdevelopmentopportunitiesformedicaldevicetechnology.
• EvaluatesinconjunctionwithEHSnewequipment/processes/chemicalsforenvironmentalimpact/effecttoeliminateorlessensuchimpacts/effects.

• Level8degreeinrelevantEngineeringorSciencediscipline(Manufacturing,Mechanical,Electronic,Productionetc).
• Excellentinterpersonalandcommunicationskillswithgoodleadershipabilities.
• Excellentanalyticalandproblemsolvingskills. xcfaprz
