WorkingcloselywithR&DEngineeringandManufacturingtodeveloprobust,capablemanufacturingprocessesfortheproductionofmedicaldevices.Multipleprojectssupportinglargeautomationequipmentbeingusedtoassembleandtestmedicaldevices.Seeingprocessandequipmentbuildsfromconceptthroughtoimplementation.
Responsibilities- WorkcloselywithR&Dengineeringtodevelopnewmedicaldevicedesignsandtransfervalidateddesignstomanufacturing.
- Vendorengagementforequipmentdesignandbuilds.Supportingthesefromconcepttoimplementationonsite.
- Documentation,preliminaryandmanufacturing.
- Writingandcarryingoutvalidations/qualifications.
- Liaisewithotherrelevantfunctionswithregardtoongoingdevelopmentofcurrentprocessesandfuturedevelopmentneeds.
- Willberesponsibleforcommissioninganynewmicrocathetermanufacturingtechnology,rampingupproduction,undertakingvalidations,continuousprocessimprovementandidentifyingpotentialdevelopmentopportunitiesformedicaldevicetechnology.
- EvaluatesinconjunctionwithEHSnewequipment/processes/chemicalsforenvironmentalimpact/effecttoeliminateorlessensuchimpacts/effects.
- Level8degreeinrelevantEngineeringorSciencediscipline(Manufacturing,Mechanical,Electronic,Productionetc).
- Excellentinterpersonalandcommunicationskillswithgoodleadershipabilities.
- Excellentanalyticalandproblemsolvingskills. xcfaprz
