• 8+ years in software engineering on complex, production systems
  
• Deep experience with Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL
  
• Experience with distributed systems/microservices
  
• Comfortable taking ownership, making trade-offs, and leading xcfaprz by example

• FinTech, banking, treasury, ERP integrations or ML/AI exposure
