We’re hiring a Staff Software Engineer (FinTech | AI | SaaS)
GTreasury is building the next generation of AI‑driven treasury technology — and we’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer to help us scale a platform that manages $100B+ in daily global cash flow.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading architecture + technical direction
- Developing AI‑enhanced forecasting + analytics features
What You Bring
- 8+ years in software engineering on complex, production systems
- Deep experience with Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL
- Experience with distributed systems/microservices
- Comfortable taking ownership, making trade-offs, and leading xcfaprz by example

- FinTech, banking, treasury, ERP integrations or ML/AI exposure
