Job summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our Russian and English-speaking customers. Your role will involve assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our company. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that all customer needs are met promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer support to our clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with service and product inquiries, estimates, project status, and troubleshooting issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
Experience :
- 1+ years of communication experience preferred
- Customer Service experience preferred
- Any college degree preferred
- Experience in a multilingual customer service environment preferred
