A.M Botte is looking to hire a full time HVAC Customer Service Coordinator. Hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00-5:30, with a half hour lunch. Pay is determined upon experience. We are looking for a personable and dedicated Customer Engagement Specialist to join the A.M. Botte Mechanical team. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and lasting impression. This position requires Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing knowledge, excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for delivering top-notch service. The duties include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone, email, web forms, and chat.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns or issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Scheduling customer appointments
  • Communicate with field personnel
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information.
  • Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Accurately record customer interactions and updates in our CRM system.
  • Follow company protocols when handling customer requests and concerns.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to continuously improve service skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service related field is preferred.
  • Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing knowledge required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with active listening abilities.
  • Familiarity with Service Titan and customer support tools
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions.
  • A friendly, positive, and empathetic attitude.
  • Flexible with work schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Strong computer skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a bonus.
