A.M Botte is looking to hire a full time HVAC Customer Service Coordinator. Hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00-5:30, with a half hour lunch. Pay is determined upon experience. We are looking for a personable and dedicated Customer Engagement Specialist to join the A.M. Botte Mechanical team. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and lasting impression. This position requires Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing knowledge, excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for delivering top-notch service. The duties include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone, email, web forms, and chat.
- Address and resolve customer concerns or issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Scheduling customer appointments
- Communicate with field personnel
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Accurately record customer interactions and updates in our CRM system.
- Follow company protocols when handling customer requests and concerns.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to continuously improve service skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service related field is preferred.
- Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing knowledge required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with active listening abilities.
- Familiarity with Service Titan and customer support tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions.
- A friendly, positive, and empathetic attitude.
- Flexible with work schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Strong computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a bonus.
