We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Order Entry / Customer Service Representative. This position is ideal for someone who is mature, focused and takes pride in doing a job well. The Cable Company is a specialty retailer of high-end audio cables and components. We serve music lovers and audiophiles across the country through personalized service, expert recommendations, and a unique lending library program that allows customers to try products at home.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Entering customer orders accurately and efficiently into our system
- Providing polite, helpful phone and email support as needed
- Responding to customer inquiries about orders, returns, and product information
- Learning other tasks or assisting other departments when needed
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has prior experience in customer service, admin, or data entry
- Is a quick learner , dependable, and shows strong attention to detail
- Communicates clearly and respectfully — both spoken and written English required
- This role requires full-time, in-office presence at our New Hope location.
- Must be open to learning about our products in order to assist customers effectively and succeed in the role.
