Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Entering customer orders accurately and efficiently into our system
• Providing polite, helpful phone and email support as needed
• Responding to customer inquiries about orders, returns, and product information
• Learning other tasks or assisting other departments when needed

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has prior experience in customer service, admin, or data entry
• Is a quick learner , dependable, and shows strong attention to detail
• Communicates clearly and respectfully — both spoken and written English required
• This role requires full-time, in-office presence at our New Hope  location.
• Must be open to learning about our products in order to assist customers effectively and succeed in the role.
