Senior Payroll Specialist

A Payroll Specialist with a strong background across the EMEA region is required for a construction organisation located in West Dublin.

• 
  
• Manage end to end monthly payroll processing across multiple EMEA jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and on time delivery
  
• Maintain and validate all payroll inputs including starters, leavers, transfers, salary amendments, expenses, and employee data updates
  
• Review and approve preliminary payroll reports from external providers, checking calculations and investigating variances prior to payment release
  
• Ensure employees are correctly registered in relevant jurisdictions and oversee country specific tax registrations and relief applications
  
• Act as the main contact for payroll related queries, providing clear and timely support to employees
  
• Oversee monthly expense submissions and ensure accurate inclusion within payroll cycles
  
• Conduct regular payroll audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and local tax and statutory regulations
  

• 
  
• Experience supporting multi country payroll environments, ideally across EMEA or globally, is advantageous
  
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with external providers and internal stakeholders
  
• Proven ability to operate in xcfaprz a high volume, fast paced setting, including exposure to intercompany and multi currency transactions
  
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Self motivated, resilient and capable of working independent
  
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with confidence handling large data sets
  
• Collaborative team player who contributes proactively and supports colleagues when capacity allows
