Senior & Intermediate Estimator

The ideal candidates will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing project tenders within the timeline, and scope parameters.

Senior & Intermediate – Responsibilities: 2 positions available

• Plan and implement overall tender pricing including scope of work , scheduling, and costing
• Ability to manage multiple tenders
• Evaluate, prepare, and manage all tender documents
• Work with Pre Construction and Procurement Managers to ensure strong technical and pricing submission
• Must possess a current knowledge of market conditions in the Ontario market
• must possess the ability to provide accurate schedules as required for submissions

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 year estimating experience in ICI construction in the Canadian Construction Sector
• Healthcare experience is an asset
• Experienced with scheduling software and Gantt charts
• Highly experienced and proficient with MS Office, Jonas Premier Software ,Microsoft Project etc
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills are a must
• Excellent time management, and organizational skills – must be able to manage multiple projects effectively, and able to complete competing priorities
• Must be able to commute to head office daily, and periodically travel to sites across the GTA
